So I wanted to start Preschool with Savannah. I know she is young and may not really know what is going on but what the hell. It keeps her away from the TV. So when I got online and start looking. Doing my homework and look for a cute, fun way to do this.I can across a web page called NO TIME FOR FLASH CARDS. On this web page they show you cute things to do with letters. they also go to the library and get a few book. I took that Idea and put a little twist on it. I went to the Craft store and got a frame and the stuff to make a magnet board for the letters. So in her room she had a cute frame with the Letter A. At the Library Savannah and I got books about Alligators and apples. Then I made an really big A and let her color it and turn the A into an alligators. I made a few more A so Savannah next week can make an apple A and an Alien A. Savannah LOVED her first day of preschool. when she got up from her nap it was all set up for her. The 2 books on Alligators the frame and the stuff to make the A alligator. She liked to glue the teeth and eyes on, She did not color to much but who cares. She sure had fun showing Erik when he got home. Savannah told him it was in alligator then showed him the frame with the letter A. She knows the letter A when you ask her. Lets hope she can remember it.

Cady and Rylee

Cady and Rylee are in a dance group. Every year they have a dance Review. At the review the Dad's take the kids out on the dance floor and dance. Rylee dad does not live her so Erik take her out. He is so good with her. He spins her around and at the end of the song he does the dip. Rylee and Erik sure are fun to watch. Cady looked to good. If we could all look as good as Cady life would be great. Rylee looked great in her dress. I helped pick out the dress this year. It was fun seeing her try the dresses on. I just wanted everyone to see how cute they looked. I LOVE YOU GIRLS!!!!

I forgot to tell everyone the best part of the night. So the dance teacher put something on for the girls... She had all the moms come out. The moms did a great job dancing. Cady and Rylee had no clue that there mom's had been doing this 2 night a week for 2 months. Debbie is one great dance and Brenda did good also. One Sunday Erik and I got a wild hair and got Rylee, Erik's Grandma and Grandpa together loaded them up into the car and head to the lake. Erik sure knows how to show everyone a good time. He set up a canape and made sure everyone had a chair, lunch and a drink. When Erik was doing the hard work. I took Savannah out to play in the lake and play in the sand. She had so much fun. She could not sit there and do nothing. She was all ways playing in the sand or pulling some one to the water. Erik, Troy and I all tried to catch a fish but no luck. Dang! I was sure a great time. The only bad thing I have to say about the trip is we keep finding red sand in the car. It is all over the place. OH but to make up for that. On the way home we found a new tube in the middle of the road. Thanks to who ever lost it!!!

OK so if i could I would go fishing everyday. Don't care if it is on a boat shore dock or in a pond. I just love to fish. Marty has a boat and also like to fish so we went out one weekend. It was a blast. Everyone got a fish or 2. Erik likes to make fun of me because I catch the first fish or the biggest fish. I let him talk then I add on that "yes I can out fish you boys. My Grandpa Burns showed me how to do it" So Grandpa Thanks for showing me how to catch fish. Anyone up for a fishing trip let me know. Savannah is also starting to like fishing and going to the lake. (Erik did not want a photo but I got one of him taking the fish off. Don't tell)

Savannah loves Lilly. Savannah asked lilly to go on a play date out to the Green Spring splash park. Those two had so much fun. They ran from the water to the slides and all over the grass. We also took them for a walk around the park. It sure was fun. Like I said in the last post Savannah does not like to go in the shooting water part. so she just filled up the bucket and played in that. Cute lilly was so funny. She got everyone wet. Don't tell her but it kinda felt good to cool down.

There is a water park up the street from are house. Savannah likes to take walks up there and play all day. They have this lazy river. (i think that is what you call it) The river has big sand stone rocks in it for the kids to play on. Savannah likes the rocks but the bad thing is what her butt looks like after. Not the best thing. red every where. It does not wash out to good also. In the front of the park they have a splash pad. The water shoots up in different places. Savannah does not like it to much. We can't get her to go in that part. She run around it and maybe out her foot in but that is as far as she'll go.

Erik all ways asks Savannah who loves her. (He thinks this is so funny) Erik asks Savannah and she gets this big smile on her face and goes "DADDY LOVES ME". then she gets a little red. She is just so funny. Now Erik thinks he is the big man around the house. Erik gets home and it is bye bye mom. It is so fun to see Savannah hanging on Erik.

My Mom got Married!

So my mom has been dating Mark Goodman for about 5 years. He is a great man and does so much for my family. So Let me tell you when my mom told me she was getting married and moving into there new house in a month. I just about died. I did not know what to say. Do I say.... " you are crazy for doing this all in a month," or do I say "mom, I am so happy for you and mark and wish you the best." I took the easy road and said " Good luck what can we do to help?" SO May 21 comes and I saw an Angel walking to her new Husband. I do not have the words to tell everyone how happy I am for my mom and Mark...

Dress up, Dirt, Friends

Savannah loves to dress up and play with friends. She has 2 little friends that she hangs out with allot. There is Hunter who she loves so much and gets so happy to see his cute face. There is Cairo who is so so smart and she comes up with cute and funny things to say. So her friends all live next door. It is so nice to have friends who live so close. All 6 of us hang out side and play. They all have the same nap time too so it works out great. Here are some fun photos of Savannah and friends. She wanted to dress up and play. She even ended up eating some dirt. She did not like it when I wanted to wash her face. Don't look at my dirty room. I just wanted to show the photo of Savannah in my shoes. She walks better in my shoes then i do.

I wanted to cut out TV time and find some fun craft things for Savannah to do. So I got online and found some really cute craft ideas for kids. They all have to do with paint. (that is where i am crazy) I found a few cute things with color tissue paper. So I went to the dollar store and got some fun little things sponges, tissue paper, pie pans for the paint. Then I went and got paint. When we got home we had a little play date with Cairo. They painted and had so much fun. I was kicking myself the hole time thinking. "This is going to suck to clean up. I should just stick with the TV. What am i doing?" When the kids were done Denise got out the baby wipes and both kids the paint and table were cleaned up in 2 mins. I wish I had my camera with me to take pics. dang. however Savannah wanted to make a new panting last night so we got everything out and made more. I did have my camera this time. I also had Rylee here to help.

Easter

Savannah had a great Easter Sunday. She had 2 egg hunts. The First egg hunt was in the front yard. She really did not know what to do so we helped her out. Erik told her to put the eggs in the basket and then we'll open them and see all the cool thing the Easter bunny gave you. Savannah was off to get the egg, But when she would get to the eggs they would be gone. The dress was so big that it would cover the eggs and she could not see them. It was funny. The 2ND egg hunt was at Grandma Debbie's. We put money in the eggs and sent the kids out to find them. Savannah came home with $10.00. We had a fun family dinner with lots of laughter. Savannah had a great Easter a Great Easter Dress. Erik and I had a great Easter full of fun watch Savannah find the eggs open them and find a new toy or nail polish. We did not want to give Savannah to much candy so she got some cars, nail polish , clip on earrings. Fun little things that she likes. Savannah loves the nail polish. I had to hide it from her. What A great EASTER.

Ice Cream

So one night Erik was eating his Ice Cream cone and Savannah was having a nice bath. When Savannah got out of the bath all clean and in her Pj ready for bed. I told her she could go watch a little T.V. with dad why I get ready for bed. When I was washing my face I could her Savannah out front getting all mad. So I got out there as fast as I could to see what was going on. I came out to find Savannah fight with her dad over the Ice Cream cone. It was so funny. she won the fight and Erik missed out on most of the Ice Cream Cone.

OK OK I just now started to like sushi. I still have a hard time with a few thing but I am coming around. So when Savannah and I took a trip to Salt Lake we hit up a Sushi place. It was so so good The food was great the people were very nice. They made a little small dinner for Savannah. What a great place to go. I wish I knew the name. So the best part of the hole dinner was watching Savannah try to Eat with chopsticks. She even tasted the sushi. It was a great night.

Disney on Ice

Savannah Jane went to Disney on Ice with her Great Grandma, Grandma and mom. What a lucky girl to have so many grandmas with her to jump at anything she want. Savannah loved the show. She could not take her eyes off the goofy. He would come on and do something goofy would do. Savannah would start clapping and man did she laugh. She would grab my had or my grand moms and say "GOOFY GOOFY MICKY MICKY" when someone came out on the ice Savannah would grab a hand and point us to the what she loved the most. It was cute to see how into it she was. She did not want anything. I MEAN ANYTHING. Savannah did not touch the cotton candy, The snow cone, the hot dog, not even the popcorn. Savannah got a few thing. How could I not get her something. When you get the cotton candy you get a flounder hat. Savannah does not take it off. Everything has to be Flounder with her. Savannah had so much fun and to tell everyone the truth I would do it all over just to see that smile that came on her face. Thanks mom and Grandma for going.

We took Savannah and Lilly to Pirate Island Pizza. It was so much fun the kids love playing all the games. Savannah loved the food. She now knows what the Pirate says. She puts her little finger in a hook and goes "arrrr" Next time you see her ask her what the Pirate says. Savannah did not want to go home. She went out with a fight just like a true PIRATE.

Hunter's birthday Party

I know Hunter's party was a few months ago but I just put all the photos on the lap top and that is why I have done so many post tonight. So Hunter We love you and we are so happy that you live next door. I hope you got everything you wanted. We all know you got way more then you needed. That is a good thing so don't ever let any one say Different OK. Amanda did a great job with the party and the cake and cup cakes were great. Oh Hunter you can open one of Savannah gifts at her party. Thanks hunter for letting Savannah help open all most every gift. HAPPY LATE BIRTHDAY!!!

Grandpa Jeff

So Grandpa Jeff came down to St. George last weekend. The day before Jeff come. I told Savannah that Grandpa Jeff was coming down to see her. She was so cute she keep saying "Jeff Jeff" You would ask her "Savannah who is coming to see you" she would say "Jeff" It was really to cute. He showed up like a Rock Star. His friends and him got an airplane. It took them a little less then 2 hours. (lucky) When he got here Savannah was so happy to see her Grandpa Jeff. I forgot to get pics of the rock stars getting of the airplane but I did get some of Savannah and Grandpa playing. Jeff next time we want Cindy to come play too. Love and miss you both.

Bath Time

Savannah Jane loves baths. If she could she would be in the bath or shower all day. In the morning when i tell her it is time to shower. she drops everything and goes running to the bathroom. She is so funny. It is a fight to get her undresses. I must be slow at getting her undress. Savannah has allot of bath toys. To many bath toys but that is what makes the bath fun right??? Savannah has this little pig that she picked out the other day at the store. The one she picked had my name on it so Erik just had to get it. I made it a bath toy. You guys tell me does she have to many bath toys? Oh and the photos don't show all her toys.

Jordan world circus

We took Savannah, Rylee, and Kayden to Jordan world circus. It was so much fun. The kids loved it. Savannah and Rylee have never been to the Circus to the two of them were in HEAVEN. We seat over on the side and on the front row so that Savannah could run around. we all so got to see the elephants come out to the ring. Savannah really liked the dogs. I did not get any photos of the dogs sorry. They had pink and blue Poodles that were so so cute. We took the kids on a pony ride and on an elephant ride. Savannah loved the pony ride but was not so into the elephant. I think she was just to high up. I was even a little scared getting up on the elephant.

It has been nice and warm down here in St. George so we try to get out. Savannah has a little friend that she takes Gymnastics with. So after Gymnastics we take the kids to the park for lunch and a little fun. Tuesdays are the best days of the week. Savannah all ways takes really long naps. She also likes going to the Park with Kayden and Kobe. The boys are older so she gets to do more of the big kid stuff. Kayden loves to help Savannah. There are allot of parks down here. So we are going to have to try them all out and find the best ones. There also is allot of water parks. So summer is going to be nice.

ok i am so bad about telling everyone about how Savannah Jane is doing. I am really bad about updating are blog. I am good at looking at everyones blog. So here are some updates on us down here in St. George. I am going to put a few post so have fun.
So Savannah Jane the love of my life. Loves my lipstick. She knows not to get into moms make-up and not to touch my lipstick lipgloss or lip anything. So we were just hanging out and we did not hear are little one running around or talking so we knew something was wrong. SO we all went out looking for her and this is what we found.

OK I do have to say that Erik and I are not very good about getting Savannah to bed at the same time every night. We Try to start getting ready for bad about 9. We read a book or 4 and sing a few song. Then tell her what we are going to do tomorrow and that she needs to go to bed so she can wake up and play. some night we get lucky and she goes right out. Other nights like tonight is Hell. We fight with her as she yells and cry. You would think some one was hurting her. So we bring her in bed with us try to get her to sleep and that is just all ways the wrong thing to do. She gets all cute at first giving kisses the hole thing. then she starts getting up getting out of bed and running all around. It sucks. So any ways I just put her down and she did not cry but i can hear her in there talking. I hope she goes to bed soon. Wish me luck

So I got a job. It is kinda a job. I am just on call so it is nice working a few days a month. I worked Thursday and Friday both were 8 hours. I did not know it was so hard to work an 8 hour day and then come home and have to take care of little Savannah and get dinner and get the house clean everything else that has been pushed to the side. So for all the Moms that work out there way to go. It is so hard working and being a mom. WAY TO GO WORKING MOMS!!!!!

Hey everyone,
it sure has been along time for a post from me so here it is.
I have nothing to new to say. Life is good. Savannah has started going to a gym class. It is a mommy and tot class. It is so much fun. Savannah is the youngest one in her class but she keeps up with the other BOYS!! (that is my girl. Takin down the boys)
Savannah is starting to really get into dancing around the house. She even wants to dress up. She sings her own made up song and just does her thing. She really like Wall-E and wants to watch it all the time. She likes EBA the most. (EVA) Savannah get so into the movie. When wall-e gets hurt she goes"oh no wall=e" it is so cute.
I did not tell anyone about a Christmas really. Savannah got a kitchen and it is so fun to watch her play. She got a cupcake set and makes everyone eat a cupcake everyday. When she woke up and saw the Kitchen she ran over and started cooking. She knew just what to do. It made are Christmas to see her so happy. Christmas Eve we went to Grandma and Grandpa Clarks. it was fun> everyone is going to love the photo of grandpa cody being put into a head lock. All and all we had a great Christmas! New Years was fun too. Savannah and i spent it up in Salt Lake why Erik got to go out for the Utah football game. He had so much fun. So Savannah got to play with Lilly. Savannah loved having a little friend around. She got to meet Easton for the First time and she did not really care for the baby. She just wanted to play. So that was funny to me. She just is not into babies.
Savannah got her first haircut. Ok i did not do as good as savannah. Savannah loved it. She got to drive the car, Pick a movie to watch, She got candy. Savannah did so good she just drove the car and just watched her movie. it was sure fun. The lady who cut it did a great job. i do have to say it was fun.

Sing and Dance

Hey everyone,
I am going to give everyone an update on are Christmas and New Years. Lets start with Christmas Eve. We went to Grandma Debbie's. We had dinner and the one and only SANTA came over and gave the kids Christmas Pj's. this was the best part of Christmas Eve. She would not stop singing and dancing.

SNOW

OK so if no one knows it snowed down here in St. George. It was so fun. It started snowing at 3 p.m. and did not stop snowing until 4a.m. the funny thing is there was only about 2 inch. of snow. If it snowed like that in Salt lake City it would be about 2 feet. The snow flakes were so so big. Savannah and I had to go out side and play in the snow. We called Amanda and Hunter to ask them to come play. So here it is 9:30 and we are all out side playing in the snow. Making Snowman. Savannah loved it. She was eating the snow. After she ate it she said"yum yum" It dose not really snow to much in St. George so Savannah does not have gloves or snow pants. Why would we need them? So here she is no gloves picking up snow. Her little hands were ice but she did not care. She was having to much fun to even know. She had about 3 pair of pants on a long shirt and 2 jackets. So her body was warm. The best part was the next day the snow was still there. So we got Savannah some rain boots and found so gloves for her and she went out and played in the snow again. She loves the snow. I have to tell you guys about the rain boot's. They are pink with Hello Kitty on them. The only size they had was a 5/6. So the boots are about 1 1/2 sizes to big. She loves the boot and wont take them off. She can't even really walk in them that great. So she keep falling in the snow and the boots would fall off. It was really funny to watch her play in the snow. We'll she how she does up in Salt Lake City. I all most forgot to tell everyone about CRAZY ERIK. I think the photo says it all!!!!!

Crazy Black Friday

So the day after Thanksgiving every store has great deals on all kinds of little things. I saw a few things that I want to get Savannah for Christmas. So I got up at 4 am to be at Target by 5 thinking that it opened at 5. When I get to Target the line is so long and the store does not open the doors until 6. To hell with standing in line for a hour to get 5 dollars off her toy so I think I'll go to wal*mart they are open. So I get to wal*mart and the store is packed. The lines were crazy. So I work the my way over to where the toy would be and sure as Shit they were sold out and the store had been open for 20 min's. To tell everyone the truth I don't think that I'll ever get up that early to get a stupid toy and save 5 dollars.

So Savannah is growing up to fast. She is running all over the house her and her little friends run all over out side. She has this little friend Hunter that lives next door. Oh man how cute is it to watch them. He is such a boy and Savannah is such a girl. But they love to play together. Savannah now is into having tea party. We have about 3 a day. She gets out her tea set and play for hours. she has her little spoon in one hand and the cup in the other. Get this Savannah even sips. She loves to dress up and be all cute. It is so fun to watch her grow and become a little girl. I have to say that I do how ever miss the days when she sleep a little more but I'll take what I have and love it!! So when Savannah does go down for a nap or bed she crashes. Here is the new way she sleeps and a few fun photos!!

Stroke

So as some of you may know my dad had a stroke 2 week ago. I know a few people who have had a stroke and I knew they were bad. When it happens to your dad it hits you! That they are really no fun. My dad was in the hospital for a week and has been in the Acute rehab for about week. They say he is going to be getting out the day after thanksgiving. Which is good. they had told us he was going to be in the rehab for 3 weeks maybe more. I hope he gets out. I just want to say thanks to my mom and mark!! You guys helped so much by coming down to look after Savannah Jane. She loves you two and misses you even more. Thanks to all of you who called to wish him better.

I don't know how Halloween went for every one, but Halloween was so much fun down here. It was a nice warm day Savannah looked so cute. She was Snow White and the best Snow White at that!!! She had this red tutu under her dress and when she would walk her little butt move. She knows how to work it. We went trick or treating at Erik's office and went up to one of the high schools here. Savannah got so much candy at the high school. I don't know what we are going to do with all the candy we got. She got some suckers that are called blood suckers they are really sick. Are friend gave her little boy one and it looked like he had blood from head to toe. So being the smart mom I am. I gave all those suckers out. That is the last thing Savannah is going to have and I really don't want to clean that up. Savannah had so much fun but maybe next year she'll kinda get what is going on a little more!!! She might even say "trick or treat"

OK I have not done a blog in a very long time and people are starting to get mad. So here I am... Savannah is going to be Snow White for Halloween this year. She is going to look so cute!!! I'll put a photo up on Friday!!! So tonight we did the pumpkins with Cally, Kale and 2 cute little boy. Savannah painted her pumpkin she loved it. I have never let her get into paint before so I was not really sure how this was all going to go down, but she did such a good job and she had so much fun. She had paint all over the pumpkin. She had a smile from ear to ear it was really cute. She did how ever eat some of it. She made one sick face. Next year is going to be fun she gets to play in all the guts!!!!

We just gave are little miss Savannah Jane her 1st birthday party. Ok to tell you the truth Savannah had 2 first birthday party's. (Thanks Burns family). The party in Salt Lake was so much fun. Savannah loves seeing Lilly and Madie. Savannah loved her cake and went for it. The party down here in St. George was crazy. We had a kid pool, a slash pad, and a big water slide for the older kids. The food was great, the kids were so fun to watch. Savannah did not really dig into the cake like i wanted but who really cares right. I just have to say thanks to everyone who helped and put up with me.

So at the end of the day when I had time to sit and look at my sweet love. All I could do was think how lucky Erik and I are. Savannah is such a sweet gift. We are so lucky to have her in are life.
